Where appropriate and agreed to by the person reporting, we may publish a public acknowledgment (e.g. name or pseudonym). The decision to publish a name, the information displayed and the timing of publication are entirely within our discretion, taking into account the risks, the seriousness of the problem and legal or contractual constraints.
The absence of your name on this page or elsewhere does not diminish the importance of your report. Several reasons may explain why no public mention is made (request for confidentiality, internal policy, processing time, nature of the problem, etc.).
